ASUU STRIKE UPDATE 2022
It is no longer news that the Academic Staff Union of Universities {ASUU} has embarked on a one month warning strike in preparation for the worst just to get the attention of the government in order to press home their demands concerning the inability of the Federal Government of Nigeria to meet their demands. The warning strike has generally affected both Federal and state universities in the nation. ASUU says the government is not ready to easily and peacefully settle the disputes between them, thereby leading to the call and implementation of the strike, which took effect from February 14th.
